Due to current events this project will be placed on the backburner. The safety of our small community is paramount. A recent proliferation of abusive and dangerous people have taken advantage of the openness and good nature of our outdoor community. These people thrive in the shadows using lies, threats, and censorship to mask their true nature. They have weaponized social media platforms to market their deceit. I hope to create a space that combats this disinformation with brutal honesty and transparency. The Community Safety section will document transgressions, provide sources and protect victims from abuse. Once we shine light in the darkest corners, I can comfortably devote time to the remaining pages that illuminate more inspiring and joyful aspects of our sport.
